E-delivery of Documents

What's available for e-delivery?

Tired of paperwork piling up? Worried about important documents being lost or delayed in the mail? With Edward Jones e-delivery, you can go paperless. Receive e-mail notifications when your account-related documents are available to view online instead of receiving materials by mail.

What's available for e-Delivery?

  • Trade confirmations and regulatory documents
  • Tax documents

Is e-Delivery secure?

At Edward Jones, security of your personal information is something we take seriously. We will never send your account documents via e-mail. Instead, we will notify you when you can view your documents on our secure website, Online Access. When you choose e-Delivery, you also avoid paper mail getting in the wrong hands or important information being lost in a fire, flood, or other natural disaster.

  • You must be enrolled in Online Access to get e-Delivery. 
  • After logging into Online Access: Click on "Documents, then Delivery Options" and specify the accounts and document types you want to receive via e-Delivery.
