Online Access: Send important documents and messages securely

Looking for a quick and secure way to send important documents to your advisor? With the new Online Access site, you can conveniently send secure messages, confidential documents and reports to your branch teams in real-time.

Easy enrolment

Already on Online Access: Log in at Edward Jones Online Access. Click on Documents at the top of the screen, select Delivery Options, and follow these steps:

  1. Set preferences for e-delivery by account and document type
  2. Verify your e-mail address
  3. Read and consent to the agreement

Not on Online Access: Enrol at Edward Jones Online Access, select Get Started and follow the prompts.
