When I joined Edward Jones 25 years ago, I was sold on an amazing culture and strong client focus. Like many things that are new, you expect the feelings to fade and complacency to set in. I'm proud to say that didn't happen here. The culture is stronger than ever and our client focus keeps growing. And this is what inspires me every day; a company who aligns with my values and provides me an environment that I can truly help clients achieve what's important to them.
I'm often asked what kind of clients am I looking to work with. The answer is simple. I want to work with people who want a partner to help them realize their vision for retirement, whether they are already there or on their way. If you are looking for someone to make a quick buck on the latest "hot tip", I'm not for you. If, however, you are looking for someone with an established process, to help you a stay on track to reaching your goals, give me a call.
As far as me personally, I have a wonderful family with my wife Bonnie who is a teacher and my two children, one who is a software engineer and the other in university. And I can't forget our dog Sophie. We love to travel, spend time at our cottage and mostly, spend time together. I'm joined in my office by my partner of 25 years and Branch Office Administrator, Jan. Jan's role in keeping all of our client's visions on track is invaluable and many will agree she is the heart of the office.
