Growing up on a farm taught me the value of hard work, creative problem solving and the importance of community and family – not unlike Ted Jones, son of the founder of our firm. I learned the value of earning, and saving, a dollar delivering Sears catalogues at 8 years old. These core values created the foundation for my exclusive practice today and the personalized, process-driven experience enjoyed (and expected) by my clients, their families, friends and colleagues. My husband, Darryl, and daughters, Megan and Sinead, have supported my career trajectory in the financial industry – from bank teller 35 years ago to my current role as a general partner and financial advisor with Edward Jones – a firm that, without question, always puts clients’ interests first. I consider this our most critical and important core value.
It has been my privilege to partner with wealthy individuals, farmers, and business owners, deeply understanding their needs and developing creative solutions with their value-added support team (accountants, lawyers, Edward Jones' Client Consultation Group) as they aspire to a “work optional” lifestyle. These valued and meaningful relationships, deepened over many years, have created an environment where our clients look to the future with anticipation and not apprehension.
As a principal with Edward Jones, I am fortunate to serve as a regional leader leading 50+ branch teams in southwestern Ontario.
My team:
Lacy Greguol, my senior branch office administrator, is the glue that keeps our team engaged and organized and has a central role in our ideal client experience. Lacy has been with Edward Jones 14 years and is the client first point of contact, she manages the branch office, booking all meetings, and helps with planning and executing on our standard operating procedures. Lacy, her husband Scott, and two daughters live in Strathroy, Ontario.
Heather Michiels, our permanent part-time branch office administrator, also supports the office and our clients. Heather’s keen sense of humour and easy going manner are a perfect complement to the team. Her responsibilities include organizing client events, client file preparation, preparing gifts for ‘moments of truth', in addition to regional activities. Heather and her husband Gary and three sons live in London, Ontario.
