My appreciation for entrepreneurship in the Prairies began with watching my parents build a business in the oilfield. While running a family business comes with its challenges, it also instilled in me a deep passion for giving back to the community I grew up in. I learned early on the value of service, especially through sports, where I developed leadership, teamwork, and collaboration skills—lessons I now carry into my professional life.
