As I work with my clients, active honest and clear communication is key. I want my clients to understand the process. I want my clients to understand not only what investments they have, but why they have these investments, and more importantly, how this portfolio should help them to achieve their financial goals.
My first step with each relationship is to understand each individuals' unique interests and goals. From there, it is necessary to understand what level of risk each individual is willing to accept to achieve these goals. With this knowledge, we create personalized strategies and a plan. Once a plan is created, we partner with our clients throughout their life to help them stay on track to achieve their goals and adjust as necessary. Understanding and trust is crucial for every step of this relationship.
In my branch, I am lucky to be supported by Branch Office Administrator Judy O'Dell. With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, she has a wealth of knowledge and also strives to know each of our clients personally. Our office may appear small, but in truth we are part of a partnership that has thousands of individuals and advanced technology supporting us and our clients every day.
I joined Edward Jones in 2009 and obtained my CFP® certification in 2013. I was honored to be made an Edward Jones Limited Partner in 2019.
