What makes a company successful? This was one of many questions I sought the answer to in my 3rd year of university. Despite being an English and History Major, I had an affinity for studying companies and understanding why some were successful, while others failed. I suppose that's where my journey in finance began.
Today, our team of three (myself, plus Jocelyn Miles and Nancy Welsman, both of whom are Senior Branch Office Administrators), strive to fulfill our mission which is to improve our clients' lives by helping them to achieve their most cherished goals. Our clients understand the value in working with an advisor. They are successful business owners and professionals, who are looking for financial guidance. We have an established process which includes taking the time to understand our client's goals and constructing a personalized portfolio of quality, balanced and diversified investments. We take the time to consistently review our clients' goals and the progress being made to achieving them.
I have been working as a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones since 1999. I am the Chair of the Edward Jones Profit Sharing Committee, as well as a Head Coach and Coach of the Ted Jones Coaching Program. Prior to my current role, I held various roles serving customers while working for several different financial institutions.
When I'm not in the office, you will find me spending time with family and helping our kids with their various sports interests. I am a member of the Executive Committee of the Newmarket Baseball Association and I coach house league baseball. I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, going to movies and playing games with family and friends.
