Lisa Dolan

Lisa Dolan leads the Branch Operations and Shared Services area, which includes Service, Branch Development Strategy & Operations, Real Estate & Workplace Solutions and Firm Planning & Strategic Execution.

As a firm leader, Lisa serves on the Enterprise Leadership Team, which is responsible for providing advice and counsel to the managing partner in helping the firm to grow its impact and create value for clients, colleagues and communities today and in the future.

In addition, Lisa co-leads the Operating Committee, which is responsible for the system of governance and leading the execution of the firm's strategy across the operating system.

Lisa began her Edward Jones career in 2005 in Finance and initially led the tax and partnership capital areas. She was named a principal in 2007. Over the next nine years, Lisa's responsibilities grew into her assuming leadership of Finance in 2016 and joining the Management Committee. In 2020. Lisa was named the firm’s chief operating officer and joined the Enterprise Leadership Team.

Before joining the firm, Lisa served 17 years as a director in the tax services practice of KPMG. In this role, she led tax planning and consulting for public and private companies and specialized in serving financial services firms.

A native of Belleville, Illinois, Lisa is a certified public accountant and earned degrees in accounting and finance from Saint Louis University.
