    Edward Jones Financial Advisor Christine Lobdell Raney serves individual investors, families and businesses from her practice in Sun Lakes, AZ, where she built the community's first Edward Jones location in 2010. Christine was recruited to the firm in 2004 after successfully running her own organizational training and development business for 10 years.

    A graduate of Arizona State University, Christine earned a Bachelor of Arts in organizational communication in 1989 and a Master of Arts in interpersonal/intercultural communication in 1991. She has since earned the Accredited Asset Management Specialist and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor professional designations in 2006 and 2015, respectively.

    Christine's contributions to the Edward Jones Investment Policy Advisory Committee is just one of many volunteer leadership roles she has held during her tenure with the firm. In her first year, Christine was selected to become a field trainer to other financial advisors. She has since held roles as a Key Leader within her region, as well as serving as an Area Wings Leader. Christine currently serves as an Area Retention Leader, where she leads a group of regional performance leaders in the Phoenix Metro area.

    In addition to being selected to attend the Edward Jones Women's Conference, a recognition reserved for the firm's top women advisors, Christine has twice been awarded her region's Spirit of Caring award. Christine attributes her success to a strong team within her business Branch Office Administrators, Tricia Vasquez and Judy Tungland.

    Christine began her career in the financial services industry in 1982 as a teller for Bank One, Ohio. After obtaining her degrees in organizational training and development, she also taught courses at Arizona State University and a local community college.

    Outside of her work at Edward Jones, Christine is involved in a number of community organizations. She has served as chairperson on the board of directors for the non-profit Neighbors Who Care and has acted as the facilitator of the Chandler Chamber of Commerce Sun Lakes Business Group. Christine also served as chair of capital funds for the Chalice Christian Church, the planned giving advisor for the Kurt Warner Things First Foundation and service chair for the Chandler North Rotary Club.
