Damien Burleigh

Damien Burleigh is an analyst in the Canadian Advice & Guidance department, where he is responsible for developing advice and guidance related to cash flow management, retirement planning, education savings strategies, estate planning and risk management so that we can provide the best strategies to our clients. He started his career at Edward Jones in 2021. 

Prior to working at Edward Jones, Damien spent three years as a regional wealth planner at Assante Private Client (a division of CI Private Counsel) and eight years at Sun Life as a director of Estate and Financial Planning Services. 

Damien completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Simon Fraser University in 2002. He holds both the Chartered Life Underwriter® and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. 

In his spare time, Damien enjoys spending time with his family. He is also a bagpiper and is a member of the six-time world champion Simon Fraser University Pipe Band.
