Brendon Saxton

Brendon Saxton is an Associate Analyst, in the Canadian Advice & Guidance department where he works to update and develop advice and guidance related to all aspects of personal finances. In addition, Brendon provides subject matter expertise in training courses for new financial advisors with Edward Jones.

Prior to joining Edward Jones in 2021, Brendon spent three years with Investia Financial Services as a practice management and training specialist. He has spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry including as an investment advisor with RBC Dominion Securities. Brendon completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Western Ontario in 1997. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation and is licensed for insurance. In 2023, Brendon obtained his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation and in 2024 earned his Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI®).

Brendon lives in Barrie with his wife, and two daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in politics and current affairs.
