About Lisa

I used to advise CFOs and treasurers on complex financial transactions. I juggled an investment banking career, raising three young kids, managing our home, and travelling weekly. My life looked like “success,” but the reality was a delicate balancing act in which nothing ever seemed done.

One thing that added stress to my busy life was managing our money. Not because I didn’t understand it, but because I had no bandwidth left. And that created guilt. I thought, “I’m smart. I should have this figured out by now.”
