As a branch team, Kataryna and I pride ourselves on understanding what is important to the families we work with to ensure that they always feel understood, in control, informed and secure.

Our ideal clients are those who value our partnership, are serious long-term investors and understand the importance of planning for, and protecting, their financial future which they worked so hard to build.

In addition to retired couples, Kataryna and I partner with, divorcées, widows and widowers, professionals, specifically those from medical fields and business owners. We have also worked with individuals who have come across windfalls, such as an inheritance but have not had any previous investment experience or advisor. Having been a math teacher, I bring my love for teaching to the table while learning about what is important to those who have given me a seat at their table. In the last several years, due to the uncertainty in the markets and in the economy, many of my clients have introduced me to their friends and family who were worried about volatility and concerned about their financial future. If they are important to my clients, then they are important to me. I am always happy to make myself available as a sounding board to help those who share similar concerns about their future.

Prior to joining the financial services industry in 2003, I obtained my B.Sc. (Mathematics & Education) and my Masters in the Teaching of Mathematics and taught for 9 years.

The importance of education was one of many valuable lessons bestowed upon me by my parents. Always having gone above and beyond the minimum requirements of my profession, during my career I obtained, the CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), the CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter) & F. Pl. (Financial Planner) designations. Through the CSI (Canadian Securities Institute), I earned the CIM® designation (Chartered Investment Manager) & the highest level of certification granted- The prestigious FCSI® (Fellow of the CSI).

I have completed 10 marathons, including the Boston Marathon in 2008 and 2011. I married Candace in 2002, a performing arts teacher and we have since been blessed with two beautiful sons, Michel and Sebastien.
