As a financial advisor, my role involves numbers, analysis and strategy, of course. But just as important are the relationships I build with clients, which I take very seriously. Clients become almost like family, and I will ensure my family is looked after.

I espouse a philosophy of "slow and steady wins the race." It's not about making a certain percentage each year; it's about ensuring your investments capture the upside of the market and we protect you during the downturns – because the real priority is helping you reach the goals you've set for yourself and your family. Clients who have worked with me tell me they don't lose sleep when the market tumbles, knowing we've set the stage to weather the storm and stay focused on reaching our goals.

Every client has a unique set of opportunities and challenges. As we work together, I help answer some of the most pressing questions in life, like "Do I have enough money to retire?" or "How can I balance saving for retirement with living comfortably now?" As a full-service brokerage, we can build financial strategies tailored to whatever matters most to you.

Our level of personal service means you'll talk to a person when you call, you'll feel the camaraderie in our office and you'll experience the attention to detail from both our branch office administrator, Danielle, and me.

Growing up as a farm boy on a horse farm, I know the value of neighbour helping neighbour. In that vein, I offer my service as a financial advisor gratis to local service clubs, church organizations and fraternal organizations. I'm a Chamber of Commerce member (and President for five years) and an ordained minister, filling in around town on Sundays when the home pastor is away.

My wife and I have been together for 31 years, married for 25. We have two incredibly wonderful daughters, both off at university. I'm an avid reader, especially of thrillers and mysteries. And in the summer, we like to go exploring in our 26-foot travel trailer.
