This may come as a surprise, but you don't need to earn a lot of money to invest. It's not what you earn that counts; it's the consistency with which you invest, and it's never too early to start.
Investing allows you to save and grow your money so that you can afford the things that are most important to you. I find great joy in helping people take control of their outcomes and reach their goals by making choices and changes. I know from personal experience that a hasty, in-the-moment choice can derail your progress. Just because I learned the hard way doesn't mean you have to.
My practice is built around some tried-and-true principles - integrity, honesty, hard work and the desire to make a difference. I work well with people from all walks of life - whether you're just starting out, in transition, intimidated by money decisions, in a small business, or widowed, divorced or single. My branch is a safe place for you to find a listening ear, calm guidance and personal service.
One of the things I like best about serving you through Edward Jones is that your interests truly do come first. I'm not encouraged to recommend investments created by Edward Jones - because we don't have any. My role is to understand your goals and explore the hundreds of solutions out there to find the right fit.
I've always had a passion for economics and business. My parents were small business owners, and I managed the business and customer service sides of a small business myself, as a golf professional. That's likely where I honed my attention to personal service, making sure that every one of our customers had their best day possible.
I currently serve as president of the Chamber of Commerce and volunteer in school classrooms to help kids learn about personal finance.
My 16-year-old son has picked up the golfing gene and is a competitive golfer. For fun, I'm often on the golf course myself, or I might be reading to discover other people and places.
