One of the things I value most is family. I have the good fortune in my work to take care of my family and at the same time take care of my family of clients - and their families.

For seven years, client surveys have ranked our branch in the top 25% (among all 14,000+ North American branches) for client service excellence. In 2015, I was recognized by a vote of my peers with the firm's Spirit of Caring Award, which exemplify the values, culture and spirit of giving back to others in the firm. And our branch is among the top 10 in our region within Quebec for community involvement.
