For the seventh year in a row, Edward Jones has been recognized as the highest in investor satisfaction, according to the J.D. Power Canada Full Service Investor Satisfaction StudySM.
The study measures overall investor satisfaction with full-service investment firms based on a number of performance factors. Edward Jones scored highest in several factors, including Account Information, Information Resources, Product Offerings, Investment Performance and Commission and Fees. The firm scored 807 in overall satisfaction, 29 points over the industry average.
