Edward Jones Ranks "Highest in Investor Satisfaction with Full Service Brokerage Firms, Five Years in a Row", according to J.D. Power

MISSISSAUGA - August 30, 2017 – Edward Jones is number one in investor satisfaction for the fifth year in a row, according to the J.D. Power 2017 Canadian Full Service Investor Satisfaction StudySM, released August 17, 2017.

The study measures overall client satisfaction with full-service investment firms based on a number of performance factors. With a score of 819, Edward Jones scored well over the industry average of 771. In addition to the highest score in overall satisfaction, Edward Jones also scored highest in the financial advisor, account information, investment performance, and product offerings study factors.
