For the sixth year in a row, Edward Jones was ranked first in investor satisfaction amongst full service brokerage firms, according to the 2018 J.D. Power Canadian Full Service Investor Satisfaction Study SM, released August 16, 2018.

The study measures overall client satisfaction with full-service investment firms based on a number of performance factors. With a score of 799, Edward Jones is more than 10 points above the industry average of 785.
